Refund Policy
The College subscribes to a Refund Policy that complies with Commonwealth and State consumer protection law.
(a) If the college is not able start the course on the agreed starting day and unless alternate arrangements can be agreed with the student all fees will be refunded. If the course ceases to be provided at any time after it starts but before it is completed we will refund the total of the course money we received in respect of the student before the default day; less the total of the prescribed amounts relating to expenses we incurred for the student for the course before the default day.
(b) If the student withdraws after paying all fees then the following applies;
· More than one month prior to its commencement; full refund
· Less than one month but greater than 2 weeks prior to the commencement; 50% refund
· Less than 2 weeks: No refund
