We provide management training that works
We specialise in management training, but we have classes for everyone who wants to learn management skills. We specifically train people that are employed either full-time, part-time or casually so that they can apply the knowledge they learn to the workplace either. We offer fast-track training by workshop or by flexible delivery.
We deliver the Certificate IV in Frontline Management and the Diploma in Management and our goal is to have workshops for different categories of learners :
- Individual students who want to learn management skills to progress in their career
- Companies with staff who are in management positions but require the skills or are progressing to management positions
- Women in management
- Learners with specific reading difficulties
- Corporate training
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Certificate and Diploma courses are divided into modules. All modules contain a study guide, plus activities to put your learning into practice and cement your learning. There are NO EXAMS. Instead we leverage on real workpalce experience and knowledge to complete assignments.
Workshops
Workshops are fast-track learning for each module. For the Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Diploma of Management the workshops are delivered over 4 days over an eight month period. Each workshop will tap into the knowledge and skills of participants together with giving the necessary management competencies required for management today which is ever-changing, so participants can fast-track their career.
Activities and Assessment
The activities included in the workshops and the study guides guide give participants the opportunity to put their learning into practice. You will discuss and research the topics in your workplace wherever possible, together with assignments that will directly relate to your workplace.
