Pollard Institute operates with the full support of its highly successful parent company MFBT Pty Ltd. This support allows our courses to be delivered by experienced management trainers, with real industry experience. Pollard Institute’s core objective is to ensure that no student will ever receive stale classroom tuition. To be successful in this goal Pollard Institute has managed to integrate MFBT’s 'Successful Business program’ ideology into its all its Management courses. This ideology has helped MFBT coaches for nearly a decade, bring back businesses from the brink of disaster and helped average businesses become incredibly successful by educating both owners and staff in simple management, financial and sales systems. Pollard Institute’s aim is to deliver this same ideology to individuals in a structured and more cost effective way.
Pollard Institute’s courses are designed, on the principle of learning in small chunks and applying it directly to the workplace. We believe this better helps cement students’ understanding enabling every applicant to achieve the necessary competencies to pass. With this philosophy in mind none of our courses conduct frightening examinations, instead we leverage on real workplace experience and knowledge to complete assignments.
